The Loomis Sayles Associate Development Program (ADP) launched in 2022 as the firm’s first interdepartmental rotation opportunity for early-stage professionals who have completed either the Undergraduate Women’s Investment Network (UWIN) or the Undergraduate Summer Internship Development Program (USID).

Drawing from this talent pipeline, the program helps participants build a deeper understanding of Loomis Sayles’ business through a series of placements across departments and investment teams. ADP is a key component of Loomis Sayles’ strategy to attract, retain and develop early career talent by providing participants with opportunities to build and hone relevant skill sets while directly contributing to the firm’s overall success.

Meet the 2026 ADP Cohort:

This July, we welcomed the fourth cohort of the ADP. Each of the following participants will rotate through three different departments during the next two years, gaining experience with various teams and investment strategies.
