In June, we recognize Pride Month—a time to celebrate the voices and experiences of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer individuals around the globe. At Loomis Sayles, this commitment extends year-round, as we strive to foster an environment where all employees are represented, respected, valued and empowered to apply all the dimensions of their identities to enrich the firm as a whole.

Loomis Sayles Pride, our LGBTQ+ affinity group is dedicated to building fellowship among employees and fostering a workplace environment that encourages all employees to bring their whole selves to work. The group is grounded in the key values of Fellowship, Awareness and Understanding, focusing on supporting a safe and welcoming workplace environment and increasing the understanding of LGBTQ+ history and current events.
 
Earlier this month, the Pride Affinity Group attended the Boston Pride For The People Parade honoring the courage of those who have advocated for LGBTQ+ rights and celebrating the diversity and resilience of the community.

The group also volunteered at Community Servings, a community-based kitchen offering medically prepared meals designed to help people improve their health through nutritionally appropriate food. This experience offered a meaningful opportunity to connect with colleagues while supporting communities in need. Together, these efforts reflect a shared dedication to creating space for connection, community and understanding in celebration of Pride Month and beyond.
